PARKING PERMIT APPLICATIONS
- Permits are for University Townhomes residents only and distributed first-come, first-served
- Online applications are taken from this page beginning AUGUST 25 and the fee is $95 per vehicle
- For any applications submitted after JANUARY 1 the fee is $50 per vehicle
- Log into into the resident portal and pay the fee
- If you do not have car and will not be purchasing a pass please email manager@university-townhomes.com to get the parking permit fee removed from your ledger.
- Parking passes will be delivered to residents before towing enforcement begins in SEPTEMBER on a date to be announced
- Residents must POST the parking sticker in the rear window of vehicle
- Residents without permits who park in Resident or Visitor parking spots are subject to towing without warning
- Any Visitors who park in Resident parking spots are subject to towing without warning
- Permit holders who also follow @UTHKent on Instagram will automatically be entered drawings for cash and other prizes
STEP 1 - APPLY FOR PERMIT
Please fill out the online PERMIT APPLICATION FORM before the filing deadline announced by the Property Manager. Then your application can be processed, invoiced to your account, paid for and permit delivered to you in time before towing enforcement begins in SEPTEMBER.
STEP 2 - PAY FEE ONLINE
After submitting your application online, watch for an email from the Property Manager instructing you when to login to the RESIDENT PORTAL to pay your parking fee online.
STEP 3 - POST PERMIT & PARK APPROPRIATELY
- Post the permit sticker inside your vehicle so it is visible from the rear window.
- Please refer to the site diagram below for proper places to park.
- Residents are responsible to inform their visitors where they can park without a permit.
- Residents and visitors who violate the parking policies are subject to towing without warning.
- Parking areas are monitored by security cameras to verify proper parking lot usage.
