- To reserve a bedroom an Online Leasing/Redecorating Fee and Security Deposit is payable totaling $500 per person. Security Deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term.
- Wireless Internet and Streaming Video services are billed separately $12-15 per person/month.
- Availability of Pond View townhomes is limited and are reserved first-come basis for $10 more than a Standard unit.
